Mobile Device Center and Outlook 2007

I'm unable to sync my Outlook 2007 data with my IPAQ. WMDC states that
Outlook has been uninstalled and to reinstall it. It has not been uninstalled
(it's running fine) and the Office 2007 installation doesn't provide an
option to just install Outlook by iteslf.

Help.
