Can't uninstall photoshop CS2 properly

Hi,

When I run the uninstaller, it stalls at the point where the product key is
"recycled" (or transfered). I can uninstall fine without transfering the
product key, but if I attempt to transfer the product key then the
Uninstaller stops ("The installation stopped before it could be succesfully
completed,... etc").

Any input would be much appreciated.
