Syncing ipaq2490 with Vista changes the time on my ipaq back 1 hour.

Hi,
Every time I sync my ipaq2490 with vista/outlook 2007 the time on my ipaq keeps going back 1 hour.
The time zones are set the same on both but it still does it.
