Stutter when watching live tv

I have the problem that when watching live tv with vista mediacenter that
once in a while (5, 10 to 20 seconds between) there is a stutter in the
played movie. I have the latest whql video and motherboard drivers installed.

Asus K8N4-E deluxe
AMD 3200+
1024 Mb memory
Geforce 6600LE with 256 Mb
Creative audigy sound
Hauppauge 500MCE and 150MCE (3 tuners)
300 Gb SATA2 harddisk
attached to plasma tv with DVI

My Nvidia 8800 GTS has the same problem.
For me, it's the Nvidia drivers, it may be the same for you.

What Nvidia drivers you mean. The Nforce (system) or the Geforce (video)
drivers
