Any Way to Lock Laptop when closing lid?

I am wondering if there is any way to set my laptop in Vista so that when I
close the lid it automatically locks the computer, forcing anyone who wants
to use it to type in a password. Thanks.

Yes, it's in the power options.

Go to Control Panel\Power Options and click on "Chose what closing the lid
does". Make your choices, and also choose "Require a password", under
"Password protection on wakeup" (Save changes).
