Navigate via elevated command prompt
I need to install a cantonese IME, and came upon a site with the
following directions-

I brought up the cmd prompt by doing Windows key, cmd. And then I'm
lost .... not sure how to navigate to the Program Files\Windows NT
\TableTextService area.... HELP??

The steps are the same as they were with the Unicode IME. Just grab
the file from here (871 kb) or you can grab the zipped version here
(144 kb).

1) Copy the text file to \Program Files\Windows NT\TableTextService on
your Vista machine (if the "Program Files" on your machine is another
language, use that directory, do not create a new one!).

2) Open an elevated command prompt and navigate to that directory.

3) Run the following from that command prompt:

rundll32 TableTextService.dll RegisterProfile
TableTextServiceCantonese.txt

4) Say OK to the dialog that comes up verifying you want to install it:

Hello,

After you have copied the file to the TableTextService folder as directed:

- Click Start
- Type: cmd
- Right-click cmd, click Run As Administrator
- Type the following exactly, pressing enter after each line:

cd %programfiles%\windows nt\tabletextservice
rundll32 TableTextService.dll RegisterProfile TableTextServiceCantonese.txt

in the "start search" field. This confused me at first as I always out of
habit clicked "run" then "cmd"
