Bug report: Vista+Narrator=menu crazy flickering
[Tested in Vista Ultimate RTM, on an IBM Thinkpad R51 laptop as std user.]
1) turn on narrator.
2) open an application such as notepad, or cmd.exe (and bring it to
foreground.)
3) hit alt-space to pull down the menu in the top left hand corner of the
application window.
4) the menu flickers wildly, as if being constantly redrawn.
