I can't speak for the Treo, but Desktop Manager 4.2 is not fully Vista
compatible at this time.
4.3 is expected in a few weeks which is however.
I have a 8100 and an older NExtel for the office, and I just charge them via
USB right now as synching isn't there yet due to lack of drivers.
