RE: New Key for Certificate
It's not possible to generate a new private for an existing certificate. If
you want configure EFS to use another certificate (and key) for encryption,
you can do that using the EFS wizard, which is a new feature in Vista. The
steps are in Vista's Help and Support under the topic, "Change the key you
use to encrypt files and folders."
