system notification icon size

Is there a way to increase the size of the icons in the system notification
area?

I have been having issues with the offline files synchronization and it
would be very helpful to make the status icon easier to see. It's the icon
with two green arrows pointing in a circle with a green check mark when
things went well. With the current size, the green check mark is almost
impossible to see.

Right click desktop>properties>personalized>advanced>drop down menu>active
titlebar>select a larger size.
