Strange folders in \PUBLIC Documents\microsoft\IdentityCRL\production
Something/somebody keeps creating a set of folders for the last few days on
both my Vista machines.

Created in "Public Documents" are "microsoft\IdentityCRL\production"
They are all empty and are recreated some hours after deletion.
What on earth is creating these ????????

Ok, I think I have found the creator: if I call my hotmail emailbox (this
opens IE7) out of the running messenger application these folder are
created.

I have now identified the real culprit: Windows Live Sign-in Assistant.
After uninstalling this all is good.
