That incident happended in 1998, Microsoft (Hong Kong) filed a lawsuit
against Ya-Du Technology Group in Beijing for using 12 copies of
unauthorized Win95. Unforunately, Ya-Du is backup by local province
government.

So the outcome was Microsoft lost in the lawsuit for "Evidence shown that
the engineers using 12 copies of unauthorized win95 in Ya-Du Tech Group
Building were NOT Ya-Du's employees, case closed".

But what Microsoft (Hong Kong) fxxked up was creating a hostile enviornment
for Microsoft in Mainland China.
Suddenly all PC manufacturers in China allied up not buying one single copy
of Windows... this was a big fxxked up in 1998. Microsoft (Hong Kong) no
longer handle Mainland China's business since then..
