Cannot send email by Windows Live Mail

I can't send emails, but can receive all right. What could be the problem,
please?

Hi--

Which AV are you using? A number of AVs and FW's have a setting that scans
email and interferes with sending or receiving that can be turned off by
drilling the settings. Norton often does this.

Hey Chad, Long Time No See, I Just Finally Managed To Get My Hands On
Microsoft Windows Vista Service Pack One RTM Today (I Have Had Access To
Microsoft Windows Server 2008 RTM Since 2/4/08), Just FYI. No Major
Improvements In Windows Vista Service Pack One RTM, However, Also Just FYI.
Once Again Microsoft Windows Server 2008 RTM Is Where The WOW Went (Just
Like Microsoft Windows Server 2003 During The XP Days).

McAfee for AV. But if I turn that off wouldn't that be destroying the purpose
of having the AV in the first place?

Not sure about what FW I have.
