turning off automatic defrag

I dont want anything working in the background.

How do I turn this off, and use it only in manual mode..

Click on help & support type "disk defrag" with out the quotes

Start --> Search --> "defrag" --> Choose "Disk Defragmenter" and uncheck
the "Run on a schedule" checkbox, then hit "OK"
