synchronization

I would like to sync my files between my external drive and home computer.
Without using an external program, how can I manage this in vista ultimate.

I tried the sync center but it did not work....
I cannot enable folders as offline folders...

Download SyncToy from Microsoft. You can even automate this using Task
Manager.

If you could relax your embargo on external programs, consider
