Windows Help and Support, XML conflict
It would seem that I have struck a conflict with the built in 'Windows Help
and Support' feature and its association with the XML format.

I use a 3rd party editor for working with XML files and so associate the
extension with the program.

Doing this I have found breaks the functionality of the Windows Help and
Support feature since it would appear to rely on IE being associated with XML
files in order to display content properly.
