Screen saver

Screen saver just quit working in Vista. Factory installed OS on new Dell
system. Worked yesterday. Not working today.

Any Suggestions??

I would call dell since it is under warranty

Did you start using a wireless mouse or keyboard? They just sent an update a
few days ago for this. It's an optional update starting with "HID" under
windows updates. For some reason the USB devices aren't allowing the
screensaver to kick in.

I searched MS site but your directions for the patch worked. Everything is
working normally now.
