RSS feeds don't update in the sidebar !

I had my feeds( windows sidebar) updating ok until recently, but now I can
see that they are out of date and
I can't make them update anymore. I've tried lots of settings in IE7 and so
but I had no success at all.

Any tips for heaven's sake ?

Checked the Task Scheduler log, Sergio? Look for the "msfeedssync" entries in the log, and note down the error code if any.
