Peer 2 peer software
After running peer 2 peer software (emule, bitcomet etc.) I am unable to view
pages using IE7 or Firefox, I have to do a reboot to view anything which is
getting rather annoying.

After installing, you need to correct one setting which eMule will not set
properly on Vista. Run eMule, open the Options page, select "Extended" and
then change "Max. half open connections" from 50 to 9. This is quite
important.
