Can't Connect to Juniper Network Connect 5.4.0

I can't connect to Juniper Network Connect 5.4.0 via Windows Vista Home
Basic

Error : Failed to connect to the secure gateway. Do you want to
reconnect? *(nc.windows.app.23792)*

Then when I click "Yes" to reconnect..
Error: Reconnect attempt to the secure gateway failed
*(nc.windows.app.24061)*

Can anyone help me on this? I've tried to revolve it since the last 2
weeks..:frown:

Hi,

Does anyone have a solution to this probelm while connecting to Network
Connect on Windows Vista.? Same problem is being faced my me too.
