Problem installing americas army game

I am trying to install americas army the game on my new laptop. i have 32bit
vista basic installed. when it gets to the beginning of the installation i
get an error message:

"Failed to install ISkernel Files. Make sure you have appropriate privileges
on this computer."

i really want this game installed asap, but can't figure out how to get
around this message.

any help would be greatly appreciated

Try running the application in Compatibility mode to see if it will work
(full 32-bit application applications supported). Right click the programs
executable > click Properties > "Compatibility" tab > under "Compatibility
Mode" check the Run this application in compatibility mode for: box > click
in the list box and choose a suitable version of Windows.

Certain applications might encounter problems with the new User Account
Control security component in Vista because the application was designed to
run with Administrative privileges. You can try a work around by, right
clicking the applications executable and click "Run as Administrator" on the
context menu.

it's ok, i turned of UAC's and it works now. thanks for the help though
