Built-in webcam
I got a Windows Vista laptop with a 1.3Megapixel webcam built in for
christmas and i can't get it to work.I've checked everyware and theres no way
to turn it on.

Are you its not suppose to be activated by a particular application or
embedded keyboard command? Have you checked your systems documentation about
how to use the webcam? My Acer system utilizes the QuickCam software.

MSN Messenger should be able to activate it, there's no test mode as I
can see so it does mean you'll have to call someone up to test it.

MSN Messenger usually crashes when I activate mine (HP Pavilion Ricoh)
