Upgrade from Vista Business to Vista Premium
Can anyone tell me if I can upgrade from Vista Business to Vista Premium.

That's a downgrade. Downgrades are never supported.

No, your upgrade rights only allow Vista Ultimate or Vista Enterprise. If
you want Vista Home Premium, you will have to backup your data on Vista
Business and then copy it back to Vista Home Premium when it is installed.

Possible but not legal.
Need same asm and debug knowlange. Using OllyDbg to Setup.exe. Fake it for enable upgrade.

I haven't tried, but I assume, you could use Vista Business as a qualifying
product to use the Vista Upgrade [License].
