MEDIA PLAYER 11 - Streaming proxy settings empty.

Does any one knows how to fix the streaming proxy settings? I have searched
through the web and found that many people have the same problem: can not
play any streaming audio (radios) from the internet, the protocols at
"Streaming proxy settings" are EMPTY and can not be changed. I tried to fix
it myself but no way to get it done. Any help? Will Microsoft developers fix
it?
