Vista Premium to Ultimate

I won Vista Ultimate Edition in a competition on launch day earlier this
year and as yet have not installed it.
I have just acquired (another competition win) an Acer ASPIRE 7720 17"
Laptop with Vista premium preinstalled, if I want to put the Ultimate
edition on is it just a product key change to unlock the extra features or
will I need to do a complete fresh install?

Its only an upgrade away from Vista Home Premium to Ultimate to receive the
unique features of that particular edition.

Having won not only a full Vista Ultimate, but a new laptop, one wonders
