Offline Folders

Please help;
I have a Windows Vista Business x86 installation with alle updates installed.
When I choose a folder on a share to have offline available, the files won't
sync.
The error given is: "The process cannot acces the file because it is in use
by another process". I have full control on those files, the icon appears to
belive the files are really offline but when I check them they all are 0
bytes and not accessible.
Please help me as I cannot find the solution.
