Office 2003 vs Office 2007

Can data saved on Word & Excel 2003 be converted to Office 2007?

Hi,

Office 2007 supports the formats used in Office 2003. All you would need to
do is open them with Office 2007 and "save as" the newer formats (the "x"
style).

Just open them with Office 2007 and then you can save them with the new format.
