Start Menu Blank !!!!

Guys, Im having a bigggg problem...All of a sudden the START MENU has gone
blank !!!

If the search box also shows nothing, check the "real" location of the start
menu:

C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu

Is anything there? Is anything from there in the recycle bin?
