IE 7 error message " internet explorer can not display the web pag

i have installed the update , but now when i start internet explorer but it
shows the error that "internet explorer can not display the web page". by
that i cannot open any web page. please help me i cannot download the update
from the site. i m using windows vista & internet explorer 7.

Try a Restore prior to the change.

Which update is it that you have installed?

The problem you describe can be related to just about anything, not the
least of which is a non-functioning network adapter, router connection
failure, or ISP problems. Perhaps your network settings are out of whack
and need to be checked?
