Startup Background

Can you can the Startup Background in Vista Enterprise? This is displayed
when you are pressing Ctrl, Alt + Del to logon. I know in earlier windows
version (xp, 2000) you could change this image.

I feel dumb. It should say. Can you change the Startup Background in Vista
Enterprise?

There is no way to change the winlogon background. Sorry, I asked how to do
this myself and got shot down that this is part of the branding.

That seems dump because most Universities like ours brand the pc with a
custom background.

I was wondering the same thing, but I didn't know what it was called. I
would like my WV to open my own logo or theme or something, so the fact that
we cannot change the winlogon background sounds pretty stupid for engineers
not to be able to fix.
