Hi,
I have a belkin easy transfer cable and was wondering if I can use it
to transfer files from one vista machine to another. I don't really it
to migrate user settings, programs, documents etc. Basically I just
want some very large files moved from machine to another (In the
fastest way possible). I was wondering if there was someway I can plug
in the cable in both computers and see the other computer as an
External hard drive or a network machine etc. so I can just drag-and-
drop my files from one machine to the other.

Errrmm... that doesn't seem to mention the Belkin easy transfer USB to
USB cable anywhere. I am looking for a direct connection between two
computer's solution. For situations when the LAN is not available or
too slow.

COOL !! I wish I had bought this. I remember searching for something
like that a while ago but don't remember finding one. Everything on
Microsoft seemed to recommend the belkin cable as the USB transfer
solution for vista. Now that i bought it for $100, i am hoping it does
a proper file transfers, rather than just an XP to Vista migration
(even if i have to install custom software on my vista machines)

Thanks for the link, I'll book mark this and give my customers two choices
now. It's the same price I paid for the Tornado plus I got a copy of PC
Eraser free, but probably will never use it unless my wife goes to snooping
:>)
Happy Thanksgiving
All the best my friend,
SG
