Update for Windows Vista (KB941600)

Installed all recent updates including the one above. After reboot found that
wireless keyboard and mouse not working. Problem traced to usb contoller not
loaded due to "insufficient resources." Restored computer (Vista Ultimate)-
problem cleared and then downloaded updates individually. Traced problem to
KB941600 update. This has NOT been downloaded! Reading the Knowledge base it
appears this Update is a "rollup" to rectify all USB problems - not create
them!
Anyone else with this problem? Just leave out the "recommended" update?
