Hi,
I'm not sure if they're terming it as a glitch or not, but it's been
happening where Vista is installed sans PK. When you go to activate, it's
picking up the internal key used for setup rather than the MAK key you are
entering. Going 'next' causes the change in keys and enables activation to
occur.
