game installation problem

i have installed 5 games for my children. moon tycoone is 3D installed fine.
The other 3 disk in the set said installat ion complete but when you try to
play the screen says missing 3D commponent. and Hello Kitty said installation
complete but the screen turns black when i try to play and the only way i can
get out of it is to hit control alt and delete at the same time because my
screen locks up !help!!

Have you tried running them in Compatibility Mode? Right click the games
executable > click Properties > Compatibility (tab) > check "Run this in
compatibility mode for" box > click in the list box and select an
appropriate version of Windows the games are known to run well on. If that
does not work, you need to contact the software developers about Vista
support, patches, updates or new releases.
