Error 0x80072efd

When I try to run alternative validation program (GenuineCheck.exe) i recieve
error message 0x80072efd.
When trying to validate via IE ActiveX everything is OK.
In Safe Mode GenuineCheck.exe works fine too.
Turning off firewall doesn't help.
I use Opera internet browser, that's why alternative validation method is
important for me to download programs from microsoft.com .

That error code correlates to Internet_Cannot_Connect.

So, sounds like that app is trying to do something thats being blocked.
Have you tried app compat mode or running it as an admin?

I tried. No results.
Besides, this program worked earlier.

I think the reason is in my antivirus (Norman). Turning of its service
(Zanda) solves the problem. This problem appeared after program was updated.
