CTRL-ALT-<something> causes window to lose focus
I use a shortcut key combination of Ctrl-Alt-S to run a script that
automatically puts my (dynamic) signature in the clipboard (which I then
paste with Ctrl-V). Until Windows Vista, the console window that opened
in a minimized state did so without taking away the current window's
focus.

With Windows Vista, I find that my current window loses focus, and I
must return to it before pasting in my signature.

I have also discovered that if my signature script is in the Quick
Launch area (which is NOT where I want it to be), the WinKey-#
combination does NOT cause the current window to lose focus — the
correct behavior, but with the wrong key combination. The reason I won't
want to rely on the Quick Launch behavior is that this won't work on the
other (XP) machines I use, and I don't want to have to remember which of
the key combinations I need to use.

Is there any way to make sure the current window doesn't lose, or
regains, the focus when using a shortcut key combination of
Ctrl-Alt-<something>?
