auto fill of addresses or names

how do I do an auto fill on windows vista for addresses or names etc. when
doing emails or word projects.

If you are using Microsoft Office Outlook or even Windows Mail, it
automatically does that for you. For Microsoft Word, names and address
suggestions say when you are typing a document depends on if the names and
addresses are stored in your Contacts in Microsoft Outlook.
