Sleep mode hangs vista

When i enter sleep mode 9 times out of 10 vista hangs. This is what happens :

- Screen switches of, 1 of the 3 harddisks switch off

Then it hangs. Waking up does not work anymore and the computer stays
running with all the hardware apart from the screen and one of the disks.

A fresh install sleeps fine, after adding a lot of programs and hardware it
does not work anymore. I think the culprit could be

- Daemon tools : Anyone with the some problem using this tool ?
- Drivers for the wg111t wireless nic (xp drivers no vista drivers yet)

However it could also be something else of course.
Any help would be greatly appreciated, as the sleep mode is great when it
works !

I also have a problem with sleep mode;
and I also have Deamon tools installed - but at home there is no problem
entering sleep mode, but at work I cannot (both docked), so I have an idea
that it has to do wtih networking!?
Any other ideas?
