Incompatible software...

Maybe these could be added to the Windows Upgrade Advisor.....

PGP Desktop 9.5.1 - Needs to be removed BEFORE installation
(If not removed the system will install and hang half way thought the final
boot screen at the end of the installation)

PressReader 3.0.1.7920 – Will not run under Vista

Maxtor OneTouch - Can cause Vista to crash if installed when running Backup.
(Drives work fine, but the MaxtorOneTouch software should be removed before
they are used)

Funny you should mention that one - I originally formatted my drive using
the Maxtor drive set-up utility to create partitions etc. (no I don't know
why either!) Vista would not recognize the partitions or allow me to create
new ones or re-format etc. I had to wipe the hard drive using XP's set-up.
After that, Vista set-up worked properly.
