Vista will not boot into Safe Mode/Normal

After I installed AIM, it started randomly crashing which led me to
uninstall it. After that, it prompted me to restart, which I did.

Then my Windows Vista would not boot after the little green progress
bar, so I went into safe mode and used system recovery to restore my
computer to 3 days ago.

After I did that, even safe mode would not boot up.

And here I am now, I can't boot from a CD since it's an upgrade disc,
so what do I do?
