Program Startup Problem

Can someone tell me how to turn off the Popup I keep getting, that
states..(Vista has stopped some startup programs) Everything is running that
I want running upon startup.

Hi Jimbo,

Take a look at Method two (Step 9) in this tutorial. It will show you
how to get rid of it. Just scroll down a bit.

Sorry Shawn I could not get anything out of that tutorial for system
restore, is there any other instructions you could give me.
