Clear Recent Items List missing in vista

I asked this before and someone was kind enough to post a fix. But I can't
find it anywhere. Basically the Clear Recent Documents option has
disappeared. Something to do with the desktop.ini in the recent directory
being messed up. Any help would be appreciated.
