Migrate XP to Vista - Password not accepted ??

Hi
I have a problem migrating XP to Vista. I run the migration tool and
everything went nice. Then i formatted the disc and installed Vista.
Now to the problem...
When i´m running the tool in Vista it doesn´t accept the password.
And i´m 110% sure that the password is ok.
I have even tried to change the login to the same i had in XP

Why?? Can anyone help me?

If you formatted the disk, and installed Vista; you have wiped everything
that was previously installed, if you deleted the partition as well as
formatting.

You have a very jumbled post, which does not make sense.

I wanted a clean installation, thats why i formatted the disc (partion).
I saved the .MIG file on another disc. Everything is still there but i
doesn´t accept the password.

What doesn´t make sense?
