Every time i go someware that has a scroll bar, it moves all the way down to
the end. and if im using a page like google's homepage the page starts
bouncing up and down. is there anyway to get rid of this happing? this
happens in word 2003, firefox 2.0, ie, the start menu, and more. is there a
fix or do i have to reformat?
