Eliminating the annoying "Startup programs blocked" popup message

Hello,

Is there any way t shut off that annoying "Startup programs blocked"
popup message in the system tray?

Right click > Start Orb
Select > Notification Area
Select > Customize
Highlight & Right click > Blocked Startup Programs
Select > Hide
Select > OK

After Right click > Orb
Select > Properties
Then continue >

You can also right click on the Icon on the Task bar which says that Start up
Programs are blocked and click on Show Programs which are Disabled/ Enabled.
It will give you an option of Run System Configuration Utility. Click on it
and then you will get a Check Box, which will say " Do Not Show This message
when the system restarts". Put a Check beside it and then restart the
computer. You will not have this issue.
