letter o

Whenever the letter o is entered in explorer, wordpad, etc. the screen
freezes up and turns grey. Any Idea?

Also when typing in the word mail, microsoft mail pops up.

Here's an idea: Have you tried another keyboard with the computer?

Actually I get a grey screen too with

Start > o

since it's attempting to start odbcad32.exe which requires administrator
privileges.

So you are NOT alone. Take comfort in that.
