Deleted ie7 history, can i get it back?

I'm running vista and accidently deleted the ie7 history files, can i recover
it?

No. You may be able to detect some history out of the cache files though,
look under:
C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\Te mporary Internet Files
