So if a user has a problem with Vista, your solution is to ditch Vista and
install an inferior OS like Linux? Give me a break. Why would the OP want
a TOY OS that geeks use so they can squak to their friends that they use
Linux?
The OP probably wants to get some real work done and needs a solution to
their problem.
Try updating the system drivers first. Make sure your video, sound, and
motherboard drivers are up to date. If the drivers are up to date,
reinstall the OS from scratch and try again.
