Re: memory.dll error
For me, the times I would get a memory.dll error is when I was overclocking
my system too hard. Though the same OC works fine under XP, it seems to have
more problems under Vista.
Another case, was when I had set my pagefile to be smaller than 768MB. I
have 2GB of ram, and under XP I normally run a 521MB pagefile (since it
never really gets used anyways), but Vista seems to demand more for some
reason. I only show about 1.5GB of ram in use, so I don't know why it would
need a larger pagefile, but if I keep my pagefile 768 or larger, I never get
a memory erorr.
A while back I had reason some people have trouble with 4GB of ram and
memory. I think the problem turned out to be the nVidia drivers over
something Vista was doing directly. I see teh 160. drivers just got
released, might try them.
