problem with screen size when running games
ok, so i just joined, so i don't know how things work around here, but anyways, onto my problem.
ok, i can run games, but, whenever i play a game, the game runs in a square screen instead of the full wide screen, so, i need help fixing that, and another problem im having is that whenever i play quake 3 arena, i have added some maps but they do not show up in the map list, also, whenever i try to make a lan game on quake 3 arena, it does not show up on other peoples computers when they search for it, i have had to continualy make the game on my sister's computer, so, if anyone can help me with these problems, i would be thankful.
